Anthony joined Birketts in April 2023 as a Senior Associate in our Employee Incentives Team.
Anthony specialises in employee incentives and advises on the implementation and design of share and cash-based incentives, including the offering of incentives internationally.
He also has experience advising on the treatment of incentive arrangements (including tax and national insurance) on mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and on listings.
Anthony also has experience advising on the implementation of employee benefit trusts and the taxation of directors and employees.
