Bhargav Trivedi

Bhargav Trivedi joined Birketts in 2013 from an International law firm in Cambridge. He is a Partner and leads our commercial real estate team in our Norwich office and is also the joint Head of strategic land for the wider firm.

Bhargav has over 18 years’ experience on a wide range of commercial real estate matters including with a particular focus on strategic land), including acting for landowners, developers and promoters in relation to strategic land and development matters – from conditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements and joint venture agreements to landowner collaboration agreements, site assembly projects and buying and selling development land.

Bhargav also advises Banks on the property aspects of development and construction finance (liaising with our construction and planning teams), with experience of working with both high street lenders and challenger banks.

Bhargav prides himself on providing sensible, practical and above all commercial advice in an easy-to-understand format to enable his clients to progress their transactions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Bhargav’s clients are a diverse mix of landowners, farmers, developers and promoters.
