Caroline was admitted as a Solicitor in October 1982 and joined Birketts in 2008. She is a Partner in our Private Client Advisory Team in Cambridge.
A well-known and highly regarded lawyer in the region, Caroline has 40 years’ experience in all aspects of private client succession planning. She acts for individuals, families, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to wills, tax planning and probate matters as well as advising on all aspects of trust creation, management and dissolution. Caroline advises on probate and trust disputes and undertakes independent PR and trustee appointments.
She is highly regarded by her clients and fellow professionals for her energy, technical skills and practical approach to problem solving.
