Chantelle Cupidon
Chantelle joined Birketts in May 2023. She is a Paralegal in the property department and works in the Residential Development Team.
Chantelle deals with a variety of social housing matters for local authority and housing association clients including:
- Right to Buy/Right to Acquire
- Interim and Final Staircasing
- Shared Ownerships
- Deeds of Variation
- Deeds of Surrender/Lease Re-Grants
Chantelle is based at our Norwich office.
Chantelle attended the University of Lincoln where she obtained her 2:1 Law Degree in 2019.
Since leaving university, Chantelle has worked at two local firms as legal secretary. Chantelle has experience in matrimonial, civil litigation, residential conveyancing, commercial conveyancing, Contracts and Leases, Wills and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection. Chantelle’s residential experience involves dealing with freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, dealing with the Land Registry, Leases, re-mortgages, Deed of Covenants, Deed of Trusts and completing Stamp Duty returns.
