Cheryl Chisholm

Cheryl qualified as a Solicitor in January 2017 and joined Birketts in April 2019. She is a Senior Associate in our Property Litigation Team.
Prior to joining Birketts Cheryl worked for an international law firm, in one of the leading property disputes teams.
Cheryl has a broad range of experience in all aspects of property litigation. She has experience representing both commercial and residential landlords and tenants in a variety of disputes, including rights of light, possession matters, break clauses, breaches of covenant, dilapidations and rent arrears. She has a particular interest in non-domestic rating matters, including appeals against the valuation office and rates exemption/reliefs.
Cheryl is based in our Ipswich office and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
