Danni is a Paralegal within the Commercial Real Estate Utilities Team and is located within the Ipswich office.
In her role as Paralegal, Danni provides invaluable support as part of a specialist legal team to enable the effective implementation of gas, electric, fibre and water infrastructure in commercial and residential developments. Danni works with developers and utility providers providing a comprehensive understanding of the essential aspects of land rights utility transactions. As part of the team Danni provides expertise in advising IDNO’s (Independent Distribution Network Operators) and works closely with DNO’s (Distribution Network Operators) to ensure their interests are always protected and the transactions move efficiently to complete within the projected timescales.
Danni has always been keen to get involved with extracurricular activities including completing the Adult Mental Health Awareness course with MHFA England in December 2022, being a part of the departments social committee and also assisting the past President of SNELS (Suffolk and North Essex Law Society) in the organisation and running of the 87th President’s Annual Dinner which was a large success.
Alongside work, Danni is also studying with CILEX Law School where she is gaining valuable knowledge and experience in all areas of the law, with the aspiration of one day qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer.
Experience & education
November 2023 – moved to the specialist Commercial Real Estate Utilities Team in the role of Paralegal.
December 2022 – started undergoing studies with CILEX Law School.
January 2022 – joined Birketts as a Legal Secretary within the Commercial Property department.
August 2018 – joined a local law firm specialising in Family Law as a Legal Secretary.
