Danni Heard is a Paralegal in the commercial real estate utilities team, based in the Ipswich office.
She works closely with utility providers and developers, offering a comprehensive understanding of land rights and utility transactions. Her experience includes leases and transfers relating to electricity substations, gas governors, fibre cabinets, and water pumping stations, as well as deeds of easement, variations, and surrenders.
Danni advises Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNO’s) and collaborates with Distribution Network Operators (DNO’s) within this niche and sometimes complex area of law. She is committed to ensuring her clients’ interests are protected while transactions progress efficiently and within projected timescales.
Danni has completed the Foundation Stage of CILEX and is currently progressing through the Advanced Stage of the CILEX CPQ, with the aim of qualifying as a CILEX Lawyer.
