Eleanor Bird is a Solicitor in our employment team based in Cambridge.
She qualified in September 2026 after training at Birketts and completing seats in employment, international private client and contentious intellectual property.
Eleanor advises employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious. She supports the team in Employment Tribunal proceedings and provides advice on employment contracts, workplace policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy exercises and settlement agreements.
