Emily is a member of the specialist SIPPs and SSASs team at Birketts who have knowledge and a detailed understanding of pension investment property.
Emily heads up the specialist SSAS branch of the team and has established practical working relationships with leading SSAS providers, which ensures that she provides an efficient and cost-effective service, allowing each transaction to proceed as smoothly as possible.
When required, the team work closely with the property litigation and construction departments at Birketts who are able to provide their advice and expertise throughout the course of a transaction.
