Florence Paul

Florence joined Birketts in September 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. Florence qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023 into our Regulatory and Corporate Defence Team and is based in our Cambridge office. Prior to qualifying she sat training seats in Commercial Property, Charities and Family.
Florence assists the team with a range of private criminal defence matters, health and safety regulatory cases, and white-collar investigations. Florence also assists with transport and logistics matters including road transport regulation and operator licensing.
Prior to joining Birketts Florence graduated from the University of Sheffield with a First Class degree in Law and Criminology. She went on to complete the LPC with BPP in Cambridge and graduated with a Distinction. Florence volunteers with Suffolk Law Centre providing pro-bono legal advice.
Outside of work Janki enjoys doing charity work; she has organised fundraising events to help people during the East Africa Crisis Appeal as well as the victims of the Nepal Earthquake.She also spends time swimming, cycling, playing netball and skiing.
