Freya is a Paralegal in Birketts’ employee incentives team based in the Ipswich office.
She supports the team with the implementation of employee share schemes, other incentive arrangements, and Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) transactions, as well as advising on governance matters for existing EOTs.
Freya graduated with a Law degree from the University of Kent in 2024 and gained experience as a Paralegal across different legal practice areas before joining Birketts in November 2025 as part of the wider Corporate team.
