Gavin Smith
Gavin qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2002, became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2009 and then a Fellow in 2012.
Gavin has 16 years’ experience working for Countryside Partnerships/Vistry Group (in their in-house Legal Department) and an additional 10 years working in residential conveyancing.
He has considerable experience in assisting and acting in connection with infrastructure agreements, reversion sales, site acquisitions, site set ups for plot disposals and high volume plot sales.
Gavin is based at our Chelmsford Office and works with colleagues in the Residential Development Team.
Outside of work, Gavin is a father of two, keen football and boxing fan, manages a local girls under 8 football team and is a member of the Essex Wildlife and National Trusts.
