Gavin Smith
Gavin has 17 years’ experience working with national housebuilders and an additional 10 years in residential conveyancing.
He has considerable experience in assisting and acting in connection with infrastructure agreements, reversion sales, complex title investigations and reporting, site acquisitions, site set ups for plot disposals and high volume plot sales.
Gavin is based at our Chelmsford Office and works with colleagues in the Residential Development Team (Housebuilders Team).
Outside of work, Gavin is a father of two, keen football and boxing fan, manages a local girls under 9 football team and is a member of the Essex Wildlife Trust.
