Gavinder has over 20 years’ experience in housing management litigation, particularly injunctions, possession claims, closure orders and high profile complex ASB matters.
Gavinder acts for a number of Local Authorities and Housing Associations and has been involved in leading Court of Appeal decisions including West Kent Housing Association v. Jack Haycraft  EWCA Civ 276 and Paragon Asra Housing Limited v. James Neville  EWCA Civ 1712.
