Grace joined Birketts in July 2024.

She is a Paralegal in the Social Housing Team and based in our Norwich office. Grace deals with a variety of social housing matters for housing association and local authority clients, her work includes:

• Assisting and defending disrepair claims.
• Providing general advice to clients on repairing covenants and other obligations.
• Assisting in the running of possession or forfeiture claims.
• Supporting organisations with the recovery of rent and service charge arrears.
• Supporting social landlords with Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and access injunctions.

Grace graduated from the University of East Anglia in July 2024 with a degree in Law and American Law LLB. During her studies she was Head of Mooting and undertook a year abroad at the Cumberland School of Law in Alabama, USA.
