Hayley has successfully litigated high value and complex disputes in both the County and High Court. She also has experience of the updated disclosure and witness statement rules in the High Court. Hayley has resolved disputes using mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Hayley takes a commercial view of all matters on which she acts and works to understand a client’s needs and objectives in order to develop a solution best suited to their needs.
