Henry joined Birketts in September 2024 and is currently in his fourth seat with the property disputes team in the Cambridge office.
He completed his first seat in the commercial and technology team, where he reviewed a wide range of commercial documents, assisted with corporate acquisitions and financing transactions, and drafted various commercial contracts.
Henry’s second seat was with the agriculture team, where he was involved in a broad range of property-related work, including various option agreements, the acquisition and disposal of agricultural land, tenancy agreements, internal family reorganisations for succession planning, and the drafting of partnership agreements.
His third seat was in the private client advisory team, where he assisted with the drafting of Trusts, Wills, the administration of estates, powers of attorney, and the provision of tax advice.
Experience & education
Prior to joining Birketts, Henry studied Law at the University of Cambridge. After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended the University of Law to complete his SQE1 and SQE2 qualifications, gaining a Distinction. During his LLM, he completed electives in Advanced Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Employment Law, and Private Wealth.
