Iona Bunn is currently in her first seat within the agriculture and estates team in the Norwich office where she deals with a wide range of agricultural property work.
This includes the sale and acquisition of farms, land and tenancies, as well as a variety of estate management matters such as the registration of land, covenants and easements and advising agri-businesses.
Iona was previously a Paralegal in the real estate finance team based in the Norwich office. This role included handling the refinance and purchase of commercial, semi-commercial and Buy to Let properties from a lending perspective.
Iona graduated from the University of Exeter with First Class Honours (LLB Law) in June 2023. She subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course, alongside a Masters with the University of Law.
