Isabel Hartley is a Solicitor in our agriculture and estates team in Norwich. She advises landowners and landed estates on a broad range of property and agricultural matters, including sales and purchases of rural property, legal charges, easements and agricultural tenancies.
As a farmer’s daughter, Isabel brings practical insight to her legal advice. She spent her summers working on an arable farm, with hands-on experience in combining and drilling, and was involved in on-farm audits. This background gives her a clear understanding of day‑to‑day farming operations and the commercial realities faced by clients.
Isabel combines legal knowledge with a pragmatic, grounded approach, supporting clients through transactions with a clear focus on their long‑term objectives.
