Izzie Harmer-Borley joined Birketts as Trainee Solicitor in September 2024 and qualified as a Solicitor in the private wealth disputes team in September 2026. Izzie is based in our Cambridge office.
Izzie advises private individuals, executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries in relation to a wide variety of contentious trusts and probate matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity claims and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts.
Prior to joining Birketts, Izzie studied Law at the University of York, graduating in 2023. She then completed the LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) at the University of Law in 2024. During her training contract Izzie undertook seats in Banking & Finance, Private Client Advisory, Property Disputes and Private Wealth Disputes.
