Jade Giddings became a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in August 2024 in the commercial real estate team based in the firm’s Ipswich office.
Since joining as a Paralegal in September 2022, Jade has developed a range of experience across commercial real estate matters providing valuable support on transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
Jade works across a variety of real estate matters, largely focusing on hospitality, leisure, and retail matters. She also contributes to local government work, supporting on property transactions and advisory matters involving public sector clients.
Her experience includes landlord and tenant matters, commercial sales and acquisitions, and management of large property portfolios. Jade’s role is varied and dynamic, often assisting with due diligence exercises, helping to identify key risks and issues, drafting transactional documents including contracts for sale, leases, licences, and ancillary documentation.
Jade is committed to supporting both colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and commercially successful outcomes.
