Jade joined the Commercial Real Estate Team in our Ipswich office in September 2022 and offers a supporting role across various commercial transactions.
Jade’s work mostly consists of Landlord and Tenant, sale and purchase, and large portfolio management. Jade’s day-to-day tasks vary widely from carrying out due diligence tasks in preparation for a transaction, to drafting contracts, leases and ancillary documents.
Jade graduated from the University of Suffolk in October 2022 with an LLB Degree in Law with honours. She is now studying her Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) and is working towards qualifying as a solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate Team.
