Jeevan Singh Dhothar is a Solicitor with a busy litigation practice specialising in landlord and tenant disputes.
He advises on a broad range of contentious matters, including possession proceedings, nuisance and anti-social behaviour claims, tenancy fraud, disrepair, succession disputes, rent arrears and injunctive relief.
His experience includes obtaining interim injunctions on both an ex parte and on-notice basis, securing money judgments and advising on enforcement strategies. He also has experience in committal proceedings arising from breaches of anti-social behaviour injunctions.
Jeevan additionally assists in leasehold disputes, including breach of lease and service charge proceedings before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). Alongside his busy practice, he delivers client training sessions on developments in landlord and tenant law. As a keen litigator, he is committed to delivering practical, strategic and commercially focused solutions for clients.
Jeevan previously completed his training contract in the London office, completing seats with the administrative & public law disputes, international private client, immigration, corporate, social housing and agriculture teams before qualifying in September 2025.
