
Jennifer is an Associate in the Employment Team, based in the Cambridge office.
She has experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including day to day advisory and document drafting, processes to implement change, and Employment Tribunal litigation. She also enjoys working with international counsel on cross border projects in multiple jurisdictions.
Having held two in-house roles over a three year period, Jenny understands first-hand the issues and pressures faced by clients.
She has in depth practical experience of the challenges posed to employers by a unionised workforce. Having worked on numerous large scale TUPE transfers, she enjoys working with clients and commercial colleagues to resolve employee-related transfer issues and advise on the employment stages and processes that arise alongside transactions and restructures.

Acting for respondent employers to defend claims on issues including breach of contract, unlawful deduction of wages, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing.
