Jenny is a Senior Associate in the Private Wealth Disputes Team.

Jenny specialises in resolving inheritance, trust and estate disputes including claims relating to the validity of wills and trusts, claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, rectification, construction and removal of executors and trustees.

Jenny takes a pragmatic approach and is attuned to the stress and emotionally charged circumstances with which her clients often contend as they seek to resolve matters.

Jenny works closely with both our private client and specialist Court of Protection teams to provide a seamless service to clients facing disputes around private wealth and inheritance, succession planning and capacity. Jenny has a wealth of experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation. She has experience of litigation in a range of forums.

Jenny qualified as a Solicitor in August 2004. Before joining Birketts in 2019, she spent several years in Dispute Resolution at a north London firm. Jenny regularly volunteers pro bono advice sessions for the Chelmsford Law Clinic.
