Josh joined Birketts in 2022 and works in the residential development sector group, and is based at our Chelmsford office.
Josh has experience assisting on a variety of property matters, including infrastructure agreements, title investigations and site acquisitions. He regularly supports senior lawyers throughout the transaction process, assisting with due diligence, document preparation and progressing matters through to completion.
