Joshua Jones

Josh joined Birketts in January 2024 as a Conveyancing Executive in our Real Estate Finance Team, part of the wider Commercial Real Estate Team based in our Norwich office.

After leaving sixth form in 2017, Josh has worked in residential conveyancing within two other regional firms and has experience in dealing with Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Transfer of Equities, Remortgages and Help to Buy matters.

In 2021, Josh began his studies towards becoming a Licenced Conveyancer and hopes to be qualified by December 2024.

The team advises a wide range of lenders and borrowers on security over development sites (residential or commercial), investment properties, owner occupied properties and property portfolios. They are regularly instructed by lenders and investors, as well as borrowers and companies seeking finance.
