Katie Gibson-Green

Katie joined Birketts in August 2020. She is a Senior Associate in our Private Client Advisory Team.

Since qualifying in July 2014, Katie has gained a wealth of experience at a Legal 500 firm in dealing with UK succession and tax planning, Will drafting, Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust work. 

Katie has a particular interest in advising the Agricultural Sector on the aspects that affect them, including advising on both Agricultural Property Relief and Business Property Relief in conjunction with the above mentioned advice. 

After completing A levels at Felsted School, Katie Studied Law and graduated from the University of Westminster in 2009, before completing her LPC part time at the College of Law.

Katie is also a Trustee of the Dacon Trust, a local charity offering work skills to adults with learning difficulties, as well as being on the committee for the Essex Ladies in Business. Katie is based in our Chelmsford office.
