Katie joined the Plot Sales Function in 2011, initially as an Assistant supporting the team with all aspects of the administration and has progressed over the years to the role of Associate (Paralegal).
During this time, Katie has gained a wide and extensive range of experience in dealing with all aspects of new build, refurbishment and conversion properties playing an active role in the day to day running of team matters and her own workload.
She is very experienced in all aspects of high volume conveyancing work, managing the day to day progression from reservation through to post-completion for a number of Developer clients. Katie also provides support to the head of the function in terms of the day to day running of the function.
Katie is experienced in both freehold and leasehold schemes. This includes development set ups, management company arrangements and drafting of agreements, transfers and leases to be used for the disposals. She also deals with all aspects of post Completion arrangements, notices, deed of covenants and releases of restrictions securing overage arrangements and release of plots associated with loan facilities secured over developments. Katie also assists in dealing with housing association clients and has an in depth understanding of shared ownership and shared equity products.
Katie is currently on maternity leave.
