Katie McElligott is an Associate in our real estate investment team, part of our wider commercial property team, based in our Norwich office.
Katie is a commercial real estate lawyer with a strong foundation in both public and private sector property work, bringing a highly commercial and pragmatic approach to advising clients.
Her experience spans acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, leasehold management including the negotiation of new leases, renewals, surrenders and strategic re-gears. Katie also regularly deals with high-value property finance transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
Katie now acts for leading real estate investment firms, asset managers and private funds, advising on the acquisition, disposal, funding, leasing and active asset management of their investment portfolios. She is recognised for her strong commercial acumen, market awareness and her ability to align legal strategy with her clients’ business objectives. Her approach is pragmatic and focussed on delivering solutions, ensuring that her clients receive clear, actionable advice that support their wider investment goals.
