Kimberly Sayward

Kimberly was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2008 and joined Birketts in January 2018 after spending 11 years working at a top 50 law firm. She is a Senior Associate within our Private Client Advisory Team.

Kimberly has over fifteen years’ experience in advising on a full range of private client matters including governance structures, Family Investment Companies, drafting tax-efficient and flexible Wills, advising on and drafting family settlements including ancillary trust documents and advising high net worth individuals on succession planning.

Kimberly specialises in advising business owners on succession matters and assisting clients in navigating complex legal landscapes to protect wealth and secure a legacy for the next generation. Kimberly is part of the firm’s Family Business Owners team.
