Lauren Lloyd

Lauren is an Associate (Licensed Conveyancer) in the Residential Real Estate Team in Chelmsford.

She joined Birketts in October 2022, having previously gained seven years of experience within a busy specialist conveyancing firm. She qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019.

Lauren works on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on property finance. She also oversees various large-scale housing acquisition schemes, such as council buyback schemes, and complex projects involving acquisitions and the simultaneous granting of leases to a subsidiary company.

Lauren grew up on a farm in Cheshire and is a member of the firm’s equine sector.

Recent work highlights

Lauren was recently involved in a large property buyback scheme for a council, which led to the council acquiring 117 properties out of the targeted 120 over one financial year.
