Lauren Peach

Lauren joined Birketts in March 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor.

She qualified as a Solicitor in the Property Litigation Department in March 2024 and is based in our Cambridge office.

Lauren works closely with Lynsey Ellard, and other members of the Property Litigation Team in Cambridge, assisting on a wide range of contentious property issues for individuals and commercial clients including break notices, lease renewals, easements, restrictive covenants and title matters.

Lauren also works closely with Stephanie Butler, assisting with co-ownership disputes, including claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

In addition to spending six months with the Property Litigation team during her training contract, Lauren has also worked within our Construction Team, Commercial Real Estate Team and Agriculture and Estates Team, during which she was able to expand her knowledge of property law.

Experience & education

Graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2020 with a First Class (Law LLB).
Completed the LPC with an MSc in Law, Business and Management achieving a Distinction in 2021.
Joined Birketts in March 2022.
Qualified as a Solicitor in March 2024.
