Lauren Peach

Lauren joined Birketts in March 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in the Property Litigation Department in March 2024. She is based in our Cambridge office.
Lauren works closely with Lynsey Ellard, and other members of the Property Litigation Team in Cambridge, assisting on a wide range of contentious property issues for individuals and commercial clients including break notices, lease renewals, easements, restrictive covenants and title matters.
Lauren also works closely with Stephanie Butler, assisting with co-ownership disputes, including claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
In addition to spending six months with the Property Litigation team during her training contract, Lauren has also worked within our Construction Team, Commercial Real Estate Team and Agriculture and Estates Team, during which she was able to expand her knowledge of property law.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, attending gigs, reading and spending time with family.
