Lili is a Trainee Solicitor currently undertaking her fourth seat with the corporate tax team in our Norwich office.
Lili supports the team with drafting tax schedules for corporate transactions, as well as assisting with SDLT queries across residential, mixed-use and commercial property transactions.
During her third seat, Lili sat within the property disputes team in Norwich, where she assisted on a broad range of contentious matters for commercial and private clients. Her work spanned real property disputes, landlord and tenant issues and agricultural land matters.
In her second seat, Lili was within the real estate finance team in Norwich, where she was able to manage secured lending transactions and represent both individual and company borrowers. She was able to advise on different types of transactions, including the refinance or purchase of commercial, semi-commercial or Buy-to-Let properties.
Lili’s first seat was with the corporate team in Norwich, where she assisted the team on a range of corporate matters, including disposals and acquisitions, re-organisations, and general company law matters
