Linda leads our Ipswich-based Residential Real Estate Team. Whilst her expertise extends to all locations across the UK, Linda predominantly advises a range of high value regional clients on the full spectrum of residential property transactions. Linda deals with freehold and leasehold transactions, sale or purchase of properties at auction, refinancing matters, transfers of equity, first registrations and adverse possession. Linda has a particular specialism in new build properties.
Linda has strong connections with clients, local estate agents and other property businesses with new instructions coming largely by way of personal recommendation. Linda prides herself upon offering a high level of professional service to her clients, focusing on delivering quality legal advice in plain English and proactively communicating with her clients throughout each transaction.
Linda has recently acted for an international client on the purchase of a London flat involving technical contractual provisions around undertakings for exchange and completion given the status of the legal advisers acting for the seller.
Linda qualified as a Solicitor in November 2003.
