Liona joined Birketts in 2007 having qualified as a Solicitor in November 2006. She is an Associate in our SIPP Team, having previously spent eight years in Birketts’ Residential Team.
Liona acts for some of the country’s largest SIPP and SSAS providers dealing with all aspects of commercial property work to include freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant and mortgages.
Liona is based at our Ipswich office.
