Louise Chew

Louise joined Birketts in February 2004 and is a Conveyancing Executive based in our Ipswich office.

Louise acts for a range of clients on freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages together with local building companies in relation their property matters. Louise also works closely with companies across the region and into London who specialise in probate matters. A large portion of her caseload consists of probate sales as well as title reconstructions resulting from lost deeds. Louise heads our Probate Administration sector.

Louise has built up close relationships with many local estate agents and is particularly focused on keeping all parties up to date on progress of transactions.

Louise works closely with our Private Client and Family departments dealing with residential property matters resulting from inter-family transfers, probate and separation/divorce. Louise consistently receives positive feedback from her clients and local contacts.
