Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined Birketts in June 2023.

She is an Associate in our Agriculture and Estates Team and is based in our Norwich office.

Lucy undertakes a range of work within the Agriculture and Estates Team acting for farmers, landowners, tenants, developers, and agri-businesses.

She often works on matters relating to rural property acquisitions and disposals; secured lending and more general estate management matters, such as registrations of land, covenants, and easements. Lucy has particular experience in dealing with buying and selling land, pre-emption agreements, option agreements and overage agreements.

Prior to joining Birketts Lucy worked for another local firm as a Solicitor who dealt with a mix of agricultural and commercial property matters with a particular focus on advising clients on the sale of agricultural land for development.
