Luke Gower is a Solicitor in the commercial real estate team at Birketts, advising investors, lenders, occupiers and operators across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development projects.
Luke also regularly supports our corporate and banking teams, providing specialist advice on the property elements of corporate acquisitions and real estate finance.
As part of Birketts’ independent healthcare sector, Luke advises operators and providers in the social care and healthcare sectors on the property considerations affecting their operations and growth. He has experience working with GP practices, care home operators, dental groups and assisted living providers.
Luke works closely with his clients building strong working relationships and providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice throughout each transaction.
