Maddie joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2024. She is in her first seat in our Property Litigation Team in our Chelmsford office.
She assists the team with landlord and tenant disputes, neighbour disputes, lease renewals and rent reviews. She also assists the team in advising on protecting interests in land owned by third parties, or providing advice to developers who are considering acquiring a site for development.
Prior to joining Birketts, Maddie graduated from Kings College London with a History degree. She then did a conversion Law degree and graduated in MA Law (SQE1) from the University of Law, Moorgate.
