Maddie is a Solicitor in the property disputes team based in our Chelmsford office. She works closely with Laura Tanguay, Lucia Mills and Stephanie Butler within the firm’s specialist Home Ownership Disputes and TOLATA practice.
Maddie advises private individuals on a broad range of contentious property matters, with a particular focus on disputes involving equitable interests and co-ownership. She supports clients through all stages of a dispute, providing practical, strategic advice tailored to their individual circumstances. She regularly assists clients with matters such as:
