Matthew is a Solicitor in our Residential Real Estate Team.
Prior to joining Birketts, Matthew graduated with a 2.1 in Law from Newcastle University and worked within the commercial property division of a leading financial services firm.
Matthew qualified as a Solicitor in June 2024 and now acts on a full spectrum of property matters with clients ranging from large social housing landlords and local authorities to high-net worth individuals. He is particularly astute when it comes to the acquisition and disposal of high value properties.
Matthew prides himself on the strong relationships he builds with clients, meeting deadlines and ability to provide solution-focused advice.
