Mir Manwaring
Paralegal
Mir joined Birketts in 2023 as a Paralegal in our Corporate Team. Mir assists the team on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset disposals, group restructurings and general company law issues.
Prior to this she studied at the University of Essex from 2019 till 2022. She graduated with a first-class Law degree and was included in the Deans list of excellence for her academic results. After this, to further her career aspirations in becoming a solicitor, she then went on to study with the University of Law from 2022 till 2023 where she studied both the Legal Practice Course and Masters in Law simultaneously. She is aiming to start a training contract in the next few years.
