Mir joined Birketts in 2023 as a Paralegal in our Corporate Team based in our Ipswich office.
Mir assists the team on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset disposals, group restructurings and general company law issues.
Prior to joining Birketts, Mir studied at the University of Essex from 2019 till 2022. She graduated with a first-class Law degree and was included in the Dean’s list of excellence for her academic results. After this, to further her career aspirations in becoming a solicitor, she then went on to study with the University of Law from 2022 till 2023 where she gained the Legal Practice Course.
