Mollie Horler

Mollie is a Trainee Solicitor in her third seat in our Private Wealth Disputes Team.

Mollie assists the team in dealing with a wide variety of contentious trusts and probate matters, including Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, will validity claims, and disputes concerning the administration of estates and trusts.

Mollie completed her second seat in our Real Estate Finance Team. During her time in the Real Estate Finance Team, Mollie dealt with managing secured lending transactions, including the refinance or purchase of commercial, semi commercial or Buy to Let properties.

In her first seat of her Training Contract, Mollie sat with our Private Client Advisory Team. During her time in Private Client Advisory, Mollie assisted with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.

Prior to her training contract, Mollie was a Paralegal in our Commercial & Technology Team. During her time as a Paralegal, Mollie assisted the team in reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial documents. Mollie is based in our Norwich office.
