Molly is an Associate in our Family Team based in our Norwich office. Molly advises on all aspects of private family law.
Molly carefully guides her clients through the divorce and separation process clearly and efficiently, advising on financial matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage, and child arrangements. Molly also assists victims of domestic abuse, who have separated from, or who are considering separating from their perpetrator. This advice can include that relating to injunctions and action to take to ensure the client’s safety.
Molly advises on international family issues, including obtaining English court orders to reflect the terms of a foreign court order, so that they can be implemented against property in England and Wales.
Molly works closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure the best advice and strategy, as well as other professionals such as financial advisors and pension on divorce experts.
Molly assists victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis, by volunteering for the Compassion Clinic. Molly is a member of the Family Law Panel and is taking part in the free advice initiative for victims of domestic violence, through the Only Mums and Dads Enterprise. Molly regularly volunteers for Norfolk Community Law Service, and the Citizens Advice Bureaux as part of their pro bono legal clinics, to assist individuals who may not otherwise have access to the legal advice they need.
Molly was very proactive with everything and kept the momentum to bring to closure. Advice was always detailed and clear. Service was very professional throughout the process and made my life a lot easier by assisting me in various directions either in-house or through external relationships/referrals.
