Nick joined Birketts on its merger with Batchelors in April 2023 a firm for whom Nick worked from 1985 to 2023 during which he was both Managing Partner and Senior Partner.
Nick qualified as a Solicitor in 1979 and is now a Legal Director in our Private Wealth Disputes Team. He has long experience and expertise in advising on Will disputes, inheritance Act claims and disputes over the joint ownership of property.
Nick also has a strong background in Private Wealth and Property matters before specialising in Private Wealth Disputes.
