Nicola joined Birketts in January 2018. She is an Associate in our Corporate Team and based in our Norwich office.
Nicola advises clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and group re-organisations.
Nicola is a member of Birketts’ Independent Healthcare Team and regularly advises on acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations in this area.
Nicola studied Law at the University of East Anglia and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
