Paige Stedman is a Solicitor in the private client advisory team. She works with individuals and families to put clear, practical arrangements in place for the future and guides personal representatives through estate administration with clarity and confidence.
She also advises clients on a broad range of lifetime private client matters, including the preparation of Wills, Codicils, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts, together with a wider exploration of the tax and succession planning implications for each client.
Paige trained with Birketts and qualified into the Private Client Advisory Team in 2024. During her training contract, she gained experience across Private Client Advisory, Dispute Resolution and Private Wealth Disputes, Employment and Agriculture. This breadth of experience allows her to deliver well-rounded, practical advice to clients.
Paige studied Law at the University of East Anglia, where she achieved a first-class degree. She subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course, choosing electives in Private Client, Family and Employment Law and achieving a distinction in all modules.

Advised on inheritance tax reporting following the deaths of three life tenants across eight linked trusts.
