Paul qualified as a Solicitor in June 2001 and joined Birketts in February 2019.
Leading our Cambridge-based Residential Real Estate Team, Paul has extensive knowledge of the property market in East Anglia and beyond.
Paul is experienced in dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions, refinancing, transfers of equity, site developments and plot sales.
Paul’s work has recently included acting on the purchase of £15m new build property on a private gated estate involving a London estate management scheme and complex tax considerations.
Paul read law at University and attended the College of Law in Guildford.
