Rachel Fisher is a Solicitor in the commercial real estate team at Birketts, based in Chelmsford. She qualified in June 2024 and advises on a broad range of commercial property matters across the full transaction lifecycle.
She advises on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance, working with a mix of corporate and public sector clients. Rachel is known for providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice.
Rachel has supported on a number of significant matters, including the property aspects of multi‑million pound corporate acquisitions, portfolio lease work for a local authority, and the sale and purchase of commercial assets. She also has experience managing due diligence processes as part of wider, multi-disciplinary deal teams.
Prior to qualifying, Rachel gained experience in both private practice and in-house as a junior legal counsel, as well as working as a property paralegal. She graduated from the University of East Anglia with a 2:1 in Law in 2020.
