Rachel qualified as a Solicitor in June 2024 and works in our Commercial Real Estate Team in our Chelmsford office.
Rachel undertakes all aspects of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, property financing work, as well as landlord and tenant transactions.
Rachel graduated with a 2.1 in Law from the University of East Anglia in 2020. Prior to joining Birketts she gained experience working in-house as a junior legal counsel for a commercial aviation business.
Additionally, Rachel has had previous experience as a property paralegal and administrative assistant for a regional law firm.
