Rafael Ruiz
Rafael Ruiz is Head of Corporate and is based in our Chelmsford office.
Rafael has more than 25 years of experience as a corporate partner and has led the firm’s corporate team since 2022. He specialises in all aspects of corporate law, advising private and institutional investors on all aspects of cross border and domestic transactions.
He has wide experience of corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and reconstructions, joint ventures, and of general corporate governance issues and shareholders arrangements. He has significant experience advising businesses in the hard and soft facilities management and M&E sectors.
Rafael also leads the firm’s competition team and advises clients on all aspects of competition and anti-trust compliance, including merger control requirements.
