With over a decade of property experience, Ross specializes in utilities, focusing on high-volume work to help individuals and developers complete projects within projected timescales. His comprehensive understanding of utilities-based land rights includes managing transactions related to electricity, gas, fibre optics, water, and heat distribution, working with both Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs) and Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).
