Ross is an Associate in the Private Client Advisory Team in Norwich.
He advises clients on a wide range of private client matters, including complex Will preparation, trust creation and administration, capital tax and succession planning, Powers of Attorney and in the administration of estates.
Ross’ work often includes assisting high-net-worth individuals and, in many cases, with both a business and agricultural focus.
Ross is also a member of the Birketts’ Landed Estates Team.
Recent work highlights
Assisting in the implementation of a highly tax efficient double-dip Will trust structure in relation to an estate worth over £20 million.
Preparation of a trust and tax report for a high-net-worth agricultural farming client.
Drafting, submitting and in some cases, negotiating complex agricultural and business relief claims with HMRC.
