She plays a key role in business acquisitions and disposals, complex group reorganisations and demergers, advising clients across a wide range of sectors.
Sarah has significant experience advising on both UK and multi-jurisdictional transactions, supporting clients through highly technical matters with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
Sarah is based in our Ipswich office.

Advising Buchanan family on the sale of a majority stake in Green Label Holdings Ltd, the company behind the renowned Gressingham brand, to LDC International SAS.
Advising the shareholders of Suffolk-based business Omega Ingredients, which specialises in the creation and manufacture of natural flavours, extracts and ingredients of the highest standard for the food and beverage industry, to Robertet Group, a highly-regarded global fragrance and flavour manufacturer.
